Another early morning. I had such a hard time falling asleep last night, so haven't got too much sleep. Thankfully it's a beautiful day out there and the sun is shining from a clear blue sky. It helps, that's for sure.

On today's wishlist: these stylish bracelets from Sophie by Sophie. They remind me a lot of Cartier's Love bracelets, but obviously the prices are miles away from each other. These ones are definitely more wallet friendly (890-895 sek).

Can't decide if I like the gold or silver one better... I could definitely see myself wearing both of them!

The Swedish Crown Princess Victoria, Prince Daniel and Princess Estelle.

I'm watching the royal baptism of princess Estelle as we speak. It's a beautiful day in Stockholm and the city is filled with royalties. A festive Tuesday for sure!

While I'm keeping one eye on the tv, I'm also looking at hotels in London. Will get a day there before heading to the states. Tickets are almost booked. Yay! :-)

I'm going to Norway next week to spend some quality time with my sister and her family. She's the type of person who is super generous and always brings the perfect, most well thought of, gifts. To top it all off, she wraps them beautifully too! What comes around must goes around, right?

In Barcelona 1,5 week ago.

It's such a beautiful and warm day today. The weather is too nice to spend inside, so I'm going to grab my book soon and go out to read it in the sun. Lovely!

Thought I would share a picture of my new quilted bag from Mango (the price was €20). The size is perfect and I like the fact that it has a chain, as I like to keep my hands free.

The Spanish's Mango stores are soooo different from the one we have here in Stockholm. Their stores are filled with tons of goodies and the items are so neatly displayed. Could easily have gone bananas in there!

Such an unhappy little face... my heart is melting!

In two weeks I'll be going to Norway to meet my little niece Olivia. Or Livan or Livan-Li as she usually goes by. Poor thing won't know what her real name is! 

Anyway, she'll be 6 weeks by then and I'm already freaking out that she'll be TOO big. Thankfully my sister is pretty good at posting pictures of her on Facebook, so at least I can see how she developes day by day.

I really like the metal headbord! It's has such an interesting touch and was created from a metal scrollwork that were covered with brushed silver paint. Looks gorgeous!

Me with a very messy hair...

This day has just been long and quite depressing. I don't happen to be one of those who enjoys "coming back home". It's always like this and it's comforting to know this feeling will pass shortly.

Anyway, I'm glad my friend is still here, sharing the grey mood with me (isn't that a true friend?). We had pizza and watched a movie. I swang by F's place real quickly and then took an evening walk with Malin. The late walk in a Summer rain actually cheered up the mood a lot. It's sooo beautiful out there right now. Love the fact that Summer is around the corner! :-)

A few pictures from this morning. We strolled down a few blocks from the hotel, grabbed a coffee at a café and just enjoyed our last hours in Barca. I already miss that city and can't wait to go back!


Just look at the amazing buildings! They are all so decorative and gorgeous, a true sight for sore eyes!


€1,50 for a big cup of good coffee... I can live with deals like that!



Now we're back in Stockholm and reality. At least the sun was shining when we arrived this evening. That cheered up the situation a little.

Carb love!

It's time to check out from our beloved hotel. Our flight is departing 2:50 PM from El Prat, so still have a few hours to kill. Need to find a mail box to post those post cards that I quickly had to write this morning.

I would love to stay a few more days, but reality is calling. Thank Godness we're going towards Summer at home and that I'm having another four weeks of vacation to look forward to. Also have a few trips to look forward to: Norway in two weeks, Finland in three weeks and the U.S. in July. Good times!

We've reached our last night in Barcelona. Am planning on heading to Hotel W for a drink, and get a delish dinner somewhere afterwards. I'm wearing a new dress that I bought today, will show pictures later! :-)
